Wednesday April 13th Spin Class 45 minutes approx 500 cal burned in 16 miles
Thursday April 14th Treadmill 65 minutes approx 460 cal burned in about 4.65 miles
...trying to burn 500 cal every time i exercise
my diet has been awful though
using this blog to share my thoughts,questions,gripes and anything my journal would aquire.. and save paper, clutter and spare my husband the paper trail I leave behind. I am a hobby writer, never about one thing specificaly, but more about self improvement, goals, dreams, and learning. I have titled my very first blog " Life as I "didnt " know it because as I go through life i learn time and time again what I didnt know and that is only making me better, stronger and smarter
